How it works with your agent

  1. 01Create your Candor workspace at candor.money and connect accounts through the bank-grade, read-only flow.
  2. 02Open the page for your agent below and follow its supported route: a package, a connector, an extension, or the candor CLI.
  3. 03Approve your agent's access in the browser. Bank credentials never touch the chat.
  4. 04Ask for a first review and let your agent start catching what leaks.

Which AI agents can connect to your bank account?

Any capable agent that can load the candor-finance skill and operate Candor's remote MCP server or the candor CLI. These have dedicated setup pages today.

Each page below carries the supported install route for that harness, the exact commands or connector settings, and answers to what it can see, what it can never do, and how to disconnect it.

How the connection actually works

Candor holds the bank-grade, read-only connections to your institutions. Your agent gets OAuth-scoped access to the organized workspace, never to your bank login.

The split is deliberate. Candor owns the records, the deterministic math, the durable memory, and the audit history. Your agent brings the judgment and knows your life. Connect the two and the agent you already trust becomes the one watching your money, with every claim traceable to real records.

Access is revocable per agent and per account. No tool in the workspace can move money, trade, pay, or change anything at your bank; that capability is absent by architecture, not restricted by promise.

Don't see your agent?

Candor's materials are portable on purpose. Any agent that can read a setup guide and operate MCP or a CLI can assemble a complete, supported connection.

Point your agent at START.md and it gets the official package repository, the candor-finance skill, the remote MCP server, the candor CLI, and a guide for unfamiliar harnesses. It chooses the combination that fits its own environment and asks you only for the approvals that are genuinely yours.

Common questions

Do I have to pick one agent forever?
No. Each agent gets its own revocable OAuth grant to the same workspace, so you can connect Claude Code at your desk and OpenClaw on your phone, and every one of them works from the same records and history.
Does connecting an agent connect my bank to that agent?
No. Your bank connects to Candor through read-only, bank-grade infrastructure. The agent connects to Candor separately and only ever sees the organized workspace, never your bank credentials.
What if my agent is not listed here?
Paste the START.md link to it. Candor's setup materials are written for the agent itself to follow, and the other-agents guide covers assembling a supported route on harnesses Candor has never met.
