Try it with your finances

Copy the prompt into your AI agent to get started. It uses your Candor records and asks for any missing context.

Review our financial decisions and your notes in Candor. Identify what we intended to do, what evidence shows actually happened, and what still needs follow-through. Ask me about outcomes that happened outside your view. Revisit deadlines and assumptions, close notes for confirmed resolved outcomes, and preserve useful context for the next review. Bring me only the decisions or missing information that need me. Ask before taking external actions that I have not authorized.

Nothing runs until you send the prompt to your agent.

Separate what you intended from what happened

Updated

An earlier conversation may record a decision without proving the outcome. Your agent's notes in Candor can preserve what was expected, when, and why. A follow-through review checks that expectation against new records and asks about anything completed outside the agent's view.

Check the answer

  • For each open note, identify the expected outcome and the evidence that would resolve it. Keep a draft or promise distinct from completion.
  • Drop irrelevant follow-up when your plans changed, while keeping enough context to explain the decision later.

Choose a next step

Close confirmed outcomes and leave a clear next check for the rest. If you ask for recurring reviews, specify which changes deserve a message so unchanged notes do not generate repeated reminders.
