Install it at chatgpt.com or in the desktop app and the phone app uses it too. In a Business, Enterprise, or Edu workspace, an admin may need to allow it first. ## Check the connection before your first review Open a new conversation, select Candor Finance, and ask ChatGPT to open your workspace. Check that it reports which accounts Candor covers, citing an actual account or transaction once you have connected one, and that the candor-finance skill is loaded; the directory plugin brings both. If you connected Candor as a custom app instead, upload the skill where the account offers it, or ChatGPT should state that only the tools are connected. A plugin badge alone does not establish that it has your financial records. ## What to try with ChatGPT and Candor Use a first review to establish which accounts are covered, then choose a question to work through together.
